Brooke is a board certified Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 1998 from Prairie View A&M University College of Nursing in the Texas Medical Center. She received her Masters of Nursing in 2013 from Texas Woman’s University in the Texas Medical Center.

She has extensive and varied experience as both an RN and an NP.

She believes the provider-patient relationship is one of respect and honor, trust and collaboration.

She enjoys connecting with her patients and helping them identify ways to meet their healthcare goals.

She is a mother of three grown children. Her interests include art, science, nature and spending quality time with family and friends.
